Leslie-Ann Giovnilli has worked in the London Market since 1976. Before she established AMS (Re) Services Ltd and sister company AMS Ltd, Leslie-Ann was Head of Claims at Willis Faber (Underwriting Management) Ltd for seven years. Leslie-Ann has worked for over 18 years in the run-off company and Lloyd's market, and before that she worked for various live underwriting companies and three major brokers. Her specialisms are US Casualty claims, Letters of Credit, and is adept at identifying procedural problems. She has published and presented several papers on run-off topics, as well as editing text books on reinsurance issues. Leslie-Ann is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute. | |
J Douglas Jordan has worked in a reinsurance claims
environment for 30 years. Before AMS (Re) Services Ltd he took early
retirement from his position as Executive Director of Willis plc,
responsible for handling the Non Marine Reinsurance Claims Run Off.
Doug was previously the Claims Director for the North American Treaty
Business Unit.He has spent a considerable amount of time travelling in

Tony Bamber has worked in the re/insurance environment for 35 years and is now a Senior Consultant at AMS (Re) Services Ltd. Tony was Managing Director of Marlon Insurance (formerly Skandia Marine) until its sale to Enstar Group. Tony was also a director of the Association of Run-off Companies and acted as Company Secretary for many years. His daily work life involved communication and negotiation both internally and externally which, with his ability to remain neutral, is one of his strongest attributes. As a Chartered Insurer Tony has good insurance knowledge that he uses in his various projects for clients. | |
Robina Barge joined the team as Finance Manager in July 2006, having gained ten years of experience in Finance, five of those in Finance Management. She is more than qualified by experience but has also attained a GNVQ Advanced qualification in Business and Finance as well as achieving the Intermediate Certificate with the Association of Accounting Technicians. Robina believes that her strongest attributes are her analytical and problem solving techniques, and she has already impressed the clients she has worked with in a very short time. Contact Robbie on
